BHOONA GOSHT

INGREDIENTS:    Serves 5

2  stalks  coriander leaves
3/4  tsp  coriander powder
1  tsp  garam masala
5  green chillies
1  tbsp  ginger, garlic paste
500g mutton
200g  oil
500g  onion (puree)
100g  tomato puree
Lime juice few drops
Salt, to taste


Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion puree till golden brown.
Grind green chillies and add onions along with tomato puree while on flame.
Stir for 5 minutes.
Add mutton and ginger garlic paste and stir.
Cover and cook till mutton is half done (25 min approx.)
Add garam masala, coriander powder, salt and a few drops of lime juice.
Cook on slow flame for 30 minutes till mutton pieces are tender.
Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
